My name is Shadow!

Meet Shadow! This sweet girl was owner surrendered to the overcrowded local shelter. After 2 months, she was placed on the euthanasia list and we pulled her out of the shelter before that would happen. 

We’re happy to report that Shadow is doing wonderfully with her first-time foster! She’s walking nicely on a leash, loves her chew bone, and enjoys chasing squirrels in the park. 

Shadow adores head and belly scratches and will nudge you with her paws or head if you stop. She spends her day napping. She is fully house-trained and absolutely loves attention. True to her name, Shadow will follow you around the house like your own little companion. While she needs a gentle push to get into her crate, once inside, she’s perfectly content to nap.

She’s a polite, well-behaved, and super cute dog with a beautiful gray coat. If you’re looking for a loyal, low key dog, Shadow is your girl. Weighing just 45 pounds, she’s the perfect medium size.
