Lover of companionship, giver of kisses and cuddle champ! Meet HARVEY! We suspect poor Harvey was either hit by a vehicle or he fell from one. His jaw has definitely been broken at some point! He can’t see well, so when he was first spotted, we weren’t able to catch him. However, he showed up again later, on Bevil Loop and we were able to get him to come to us and he let us put a leash on him. Initially, he was really scared, but once he realized we weren’t going to hurt him, he blossomed into the sweetest softie! He cries when he’s excited and his tail never stops wagging! He loves to give kisses and will give you all the cuddles in the world!
