My name is Ruger (fka Milo)!

Meet Ruger! This sweet, dog/kid friendly, playful boy is a year old, 45 pounds, and has had a bit of a rough start, bouncing between homes as a puppy. But now, he is ready to find his forever family!!! He is gone through 3 weeks of a board and train program with our amazing trainer Ernie and excelled beyond what we imagined! How often do you get to rescue a fully professionally trained pup?? He may be shy around new people at first, particularly men, but tends to warm up quickly with gentle touch and a little patience Ruger is a happy, playful pup that wants nothing more than to play with his friends and stuffed toys. Ruger is housebroken, crate trained, fully vetted (neuter, vaccines, microchip) and an exceptional listener He loves going to doggy daycare and meeting new friends! He previously lived with a cat and would do okay living with a dog friendly cat! He would do best in an active home as he is always on the go ‍‍ Whether it’s a long walk or just playing fetch, Ruger is happy to be by your side and wants nothing more than companionship.
