Meet Sweet Clover, a delightful 6 month old, 9-pound terrier blend with an abundance of puppy energy and charm. She came into rescue when her previous owners did not come forward, and now she's ready to find her forever home.

Sweet Clover is as joyful and affectionate as they come. She’s playful, smart, and full of life, getting along famously with most dogs—especially those who enjoy a good play session! Though she may be a bit shy at first, she quickly warms up and is eager to become your best friend.

Sweet Clover would thrive in an active household with another playful dog and owners who are committed to continuing her socialization and training. She’s incredibly clever, attentive, and loves her toys. A home with a yard where she can run and play would be her ideal setting. While her experience with cats is unknown and we don't have information about her suitability with young children, any kids in the home should be older and gentle.

Our process starts with an adoption application, followed by interview / meet & greet with adopter and their existing pets, agree to a home check for the safety of the adopted pet and when approved, will complete an Adoption Agreement along with adoption fee. Fees vary based on adoptable pet's age, breed, and situation. Fees range from $120-$550. Cash or check is preferred payment.

We have adoption events every other Saturday from 11:00-2:00 PM at PetSmart in Scottsdale (10030 N. 90th Street).

Due to the holidays, the every other week schedule might be off beginning in January, so please contact Petsmart at 480-391-1647 to find out whether there is an event prior to making your way there.

Pathways Home Animal Rescue is an all volunteer / foster based organization dedicated to finding the best homes for abandoned, surrendered, and county shelter animals. We stay small so we can devote our energies and resources to all the animals in our care. When we take in a found or stray animal every effort is made to reunite them with their owners. All animals in our care receive proper veterinary care, are spayed or neutered, all appropriate vaccinations, preventative care, and microchip are administered before they are adopted.
