My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pretty girl is Bonnie. She is 2-years-old and weighs 32 lb. She is probably a small hound mix. Bonnie is a gentle dog with a sweet calm personality. She will come up to anyone she meets and gently put her paw on their leg to ask for attention. Bonnie is quiet and not very sure about exploring. She would rather hang out with people and get love from them. It did not take much time before she had come out of her shell more and opened up to staff. Bonnie is food motivated and is not very picky about treats. She appreciates a gentle approach to match her personality. She would do great in a home with someone who can give her a solid place to land and lots of attention. Bonnie would do great in a home with children of all ages and would love to have a similar energy dog friend to play with. We don't know what Bonnie thinks of cats, but can "cat test" her if needed. Bonnie is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. Her adoption fee is $395. If you would like to meet/adopt Bonnie, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-forms.
