My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sully was brought into the vet’s office in Corpus Christi by someone who said they found him wandering. The vet staff quickly became attached.

He’s a huge boy at 151 pounds but is a true gentle giant.

He hasn’t been around other dogs much, but with proper introductions we think he’d be fine.

Sully is currently being treated for heartworms. He is blind and mostly deaf so would do best with an adopter who has experience or who is willing to learn how to properly care for him.

All applicants complete an application and are interviewed. We then complete all references and do a home visit. Permitting approval, we schedule a time to meet the pet(s) the applicant is interested in. Once a match has been found, we complete adoption contracts and adoption donation. We reserve the right to deny applicants for a particular animal if we feel it is not a good fit. We will suggest an animal that better matches the adopter's needs.
