My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wiley is a distinguished gentleman looking for a loving home to spend his golden years. At 16 years young, Wiley has perfected the art of companionship, making him the perfect match for anyone seeking a sweet, easygoing senior boy.

Wiley is always attentive to his person without being too needy. He knows how to strike the perfect balance between affection and independence. As a lap dog extraordinaire, Wiley's favorite place is on his person's lap, where he loves to cuddle and offer his unwavering companionship.

No long walks are required for this low-key fellow; Wiley is perfectly content with a short stroll around the yard, making him an easygoing addition to any home. He gets along well with other dogs and cats but is also happy being on his own. Wiley is adaptable and easy to please.

Wiley is both crate trained and potty trained, ensuring a seamless transition into his new home. He enjoys car rides, making him a great travel buddy for those short trips around town.

And let's not forget those ears! This senior boy could not be more perfect. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle, and loving companion to share your life with, Wiley is ready to fill that role with grace and charm.

Are you ready to give Wiley the cozy, loving home he deserves? Come meet Wiley and see just how much joy this distinguished gentleman can bring into your life!

Additional adoption info

Please visit www.hopeanimals.org/adopt to learn more about our adoption process and to complete an adoption application.

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.

We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
