Hello – I am Elsa, but they could have named me Violet because I am pretty shy right now. I am about 5 years young and I am a white/champagne Toy Poodle – 8 pounds. I came to DFW Pup Patrol from a breeder so I am learning a lot of new things now; things like running, and playing in the back yard with other dogs, and playing with toys – did you know they squeak? – I love to make them squeak and squeak and squeak! But my very favorite thing to do is to just sit quietly in your lap looking up at you with all of this love I have to give. I have a very expressive face and you can almost hear me asking – will you love me now? And take care of me now? And let me be part of your family forever? I have learned to go outside using a doggie door and will sleep in my crate at night (if you insist) and have only had one accident in the house so far. I do have a cataract on my left eye so I don’t see from that eye but my other eye works just fine and you won’t even know that I have any issues – as long as you don’t sneak up on me from my blind side – then you startle me and I jump! Just like Elsa in Frozen; I am blossoming – slowly but surely and will be a wonderful, loving girl for my new family.

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $225, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
