My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Frannie!  I am a young, energetic girl with a lot of love to give.  The vet thinks I am a Shepherd mix pup who is estimated to be about 1 year old and weigh approximately 50 pounds.  Before coming to DFW Pup Patrol, I had a very difficult life.  I was found as a stray with my friend and fellow foster sister, Annie.  We were both in really bad shape and taken to the local animal shelter and were in major danger of being euthanized.  I was malnourished, had severe allergies which made me lose a lot of my hair and I had an eye infection.  The vet says my teeth indicate that I probably lived on a chain outside.  Luckily for me, DFW Pup Patrol took me in and I’m now one healthy and happy dog.  I am an active dog.  I love to play fetch, run, chew on bones, and go on walks with my foster parents.  I am crate trained and almost potty trained.  I am shy at first, but love people.

If you are interested in adding this pup to your family, please fill out our Pre-Adoption Application. The link to this form can be found on the home page of our website, http://dfwpuppatrol.com. It can be submitted via email to info@dfwpuppatrol.com or faxed to 972-767-4849. All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $225, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
