Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sitter needed: 12/13/24 - 12/30/24
Meet Giza (aka Penny), a resilient and joyful girl who has overcome a difficult past with an amazing spirit. Despite coming to the shelter from an abuse case, Giza's loving heart and happy demeanor shine through, and she greets everyone she meets with excitement and affection.
This sweet young lady adores people and is eager to learn new things-especially when treats are involved! She already knows commands like "sit," "lay down," and "stay/wait," showcasing her smarts and enthusiasm.
Giza is thriving in her foster home and is now ready to find her forever family. She loves being outside, splooting around, and above all, snuggling up with her favorite humans. As a true Velcro dog, she's happiest when she's close to her people, making her the perfect work-from-home buddy. Giza is quiet and calm indoors, content to nap the day away, and she's both house trained and crate trained.
While she can be a bit sad when her humans leave, Giza is non-destructive and will patiently wait by the door for your return. Her ideal home would be a dog-free environment with a fenced-in yard where she can enjoy her outdoor adventures and receive all the love she deserves.
If you're looking for a loving companion who will fill your life with joy and affection, apply to meet Giza today and give her the happy ending she truly deserves!
