Penny is such a sweet and loving girl. She’s estimated to be between 3 and 4 years old. She loves cuddling and giving kisses. She is more on the active side, and sometimes gets so excited that she likes to jump up on people. We’re currently working on this, but she would benefit going to a home with someone who can continue to work on this with her. She loves people, other dogs, and cats, and she is always trying to make new friends. She also loves playing and splashing around in the water. She deserves a loving home with someone who has time to give her all the attention she deserves.
