My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Chettering, the irresistible 2-year-old beagle mix with a sunny disposition and a tail that never stops wagging! This charming canine charmer is on a quest to find his forever family who can match his enthusiasm for snuggles and playtime. He is named after Charles Kettering because he was wandering in Kettering for over a month!

Chettering is not just your average pup—he's a master at making friends with both humans and dogs alike. His social calendar is always full, whether he's sharing toys at the dog park or cuddled up on the couch with his favorite humans.

When he's not busy being everyone's best friend, Chettering showcases his impressive skills: he's potty trained (no accidents here!) and has mastered the art of sitting like a true gentleman (with the occasional adorable tilt of the head for extra cuteness).
Looking for a companion who can bring endless joy and laughter into your life? Chettering is your guy! Come meet him and see for yourself why his tail wags at the speed of light whenever he sees a potential new friend.  Chettering is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Don't miss out on the chance to add a bundle of furry happiness to your family—adopt Chettering today!

Petfinder is having issues uploading photos of pets. If photos are not viewable, please visit our website: www.adoptapitrescue.org

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
