Hi there! Iandamp;#39;m Stanley, a bundle of energy and affection. Iandamp;#39;m here to bring joy and excitement into your life, with a few quirks that make me truly unique. I am roughly 3 years old and weigh about 45 pounds.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Letandamp;#39;s start with the good stuff: Iandamp;#39;m a playful and loving companion who adores toys, especially if theyandamp;#39;re tough enough for my strong chewing! Iandamp;#39;ve got plenty of energy for zoomies and playtime, but when Iandamp;#39;m ready to wind down, nothing beats snuggling under the covers with you. Iandamp;#39;m crate-trained and potty-trained. I also know a variety of commands like sit, stay, wait, paw, high-five, move, and down.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Now for the honest bits: Iandamp;#39;m a strong puller on the leash and can be quite reactive to my surroundings. Iandamp;#39;m best suited to a home where Iandamp;#39;m the only pet, as I donandamp;#39;t get along well with cats or other dogs, and I tend to chase after them. Iandamp;#39;m a high jumper, so a secure environment is essential. My tummy is sensitive, so Iandamp;#39;ll need a special diet, and I can be a bit whiny during car rides, especially when I see people or animals. Additionally, I do not like bring in crowded places. I also have a very low and strong bark which might intimidate people.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;If youandamp;#39;re looking for a spirited, affectionate dog who will shower you with love and keep you entertained, and youandamp;#39;re ready to manage my unique needs, I could be your perfect matchandlt;br/andgt;Email EPAS@elpasotexas.gov with my a number A0053800628 to meet me!

Additional adoption info
All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in person. As a high-intake shelter, most of the pets that come to us are strays, meaning we have limited background history on the pet, such as health, behavioral or living history. All adoptions include the animal's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. All adoptions include a 7 day free trial with our training partner, GoodPup to help ease the transition!
