My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🌟 Meet Lynn, the gentle giant Pyrenees mix! 🌟
Lynn is truly one of the sweetest souls we've had the pleasure of meeting. This big, beautiful girl has not a mean bone in her body and is always thrilled to greet both new and old friends with kisses and wagging tail. 🐶💕
Leash walks are a breeze with Lynn—she pulls minimally, but beware of her sudden urge to give you a big, warm hug! She’s a total goofball, always going after what she wants, and right now, what Lynn wants most are belly rubs! 🐾 She’s also a long-coated beauty, so her new family will need to enjoy some quality time brushing her regularly to keep her coat tangle-free.
Lynn is a pro at nail trims, though keeping her still is a challenge because she’s too busy wiggling for belly rubs! She’s a big fan of blankets, often just resting her head on them, and she’s not a chewer at all. Instead, you’ll find her lounging in the shade or cuddled up on the couch, with toys being a 50-50 hit—she’s more into relaxing than playing.
Lynn is fantastic with people of all ages, and she has a special gentleness with little ones under five. She’s ready to fill your life with love, laughs, and endless belly rubs!
Could Lynn be the gentle giant you’ve been looking for? Come meet her and see if she’s the perfect fit for your family! 🐕❤️

More about this shelter

The Marshall County Animal Control shelter is located in Albertville, Alabama. We pick up stray dogs across Marshall County with the exception of Albertville, Arab, Boaz, Guntersville, and Grant city limits. When picked up, dogs are help on their "stray hold" for 7 days to provide owners an opportunity to reclaim their dog. Afterwards, dogs are available for adoption or rescue.
