My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Demetria! 🐾
Looking for a loyal companion who's full of love? Demetria is a 1-2 year old Boxer-Lab mix, weighing in at around 50 pounds of pure affection! This sweet girl might be a bit shy at first, but with just a quick sniff, she'll realize you could be her new best friend. 🥰
Demetria adores people and has done well with children of all ages. However, she'll need a home where kids understand boundaries and that everyone needs a little nap now and then. 🌙
She's quickly picked up her leash skills and, although she sometimes needs reassurance, she’s always ready to follow you wherever the path may lead. Demetria is a medium-energy dog who knows how to relax indoors. She'll happily lay on her blanket, waiting for cooler hours to enjoy some playtime. 🎾
Like any Boxer-Lab mix, Demetria loves to chew and needs tough toys to keep her entertained—otherwise, you might find some shredded stuffing around! 😅
Demetria came in with other dogs, so we believe she could make new fur friends with the proper introductions. We're unsure how she is with cats or other small animals, so a slow and careful introduction would be best.
Demetria is ready to fit into any home and show you how amazing shelter pups can be! If you'd like more information, please message us on Facebook or call/text us at 256-960-1408. Let's give Demetria the loving home she deserves! 🏡❤️
