Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pawsy is a beautiful 1.5-year-old black panther with just one small white spot on his chest. This sweet boy was found as a stray and brought to our shelter.
Pawsy will easily convince you to adopt him, as he is very affectionate and loves to be loved. Pawsy loves people-he will follow you around the house, sit on your feet, and lie under your chair just to be close to you. He has a very loud purr! And he loves to be hugged and to have his belly rubbed. In fact, his favorite position for sleeping is lying on his back in a spread-eagle position-very silly. He's more of a "chest cat than a lap cat, because that's where he likes to lie when you're on the couch relaxing. Pawsy likes all people, no exceptions. He loves to play with balls and laser pointers and is very fond of catnip. He's a great cat in every way who just wants to be someone's best friend!
Pawsy has tested positive for FIV, but FIV-positive cats can live long and healthy lives without needing medication. Our adoption counselors have plenty of information on FIV and can assure you that Pawsy has many good years ahead of him.
As we are closed to the public, adoptions are by appointment only. If you have an interest in meeting Pawsy, please fill out our online adoption application (https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MWHS/Cat. We will review all applications and make appointments for those applicants we feel would provide a good and loving home for Pawsy.
