BIO: Hello there, I'm Gideon! I arrived here through a magical portal. One moment I was chasing a twinkling star in my dreams, the next I found myself in this new place. I must admit, it's pretty fun! There's plenty of food, toys, and love to go around. I'm smart, quick to purr, and have a knack for making people laugh. I'm curious about everything and I'm always up for a cuddle. I promise to fill your life with laughter, love, and lots of purrs. Will you be my furr-ever friend?
RESCUE: I was found dumped alone on a nice lady's property. She reached out to ARC since I was young enough to be given a chance at a home and family to call my own. I am now healthy and happy and ready to move on.

Please complete an online application and email us. Adoptions are by appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 5-6:30 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4:30 pm.

Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs.

Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
