Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zoey, a cheerful one-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, weighs 9lbs and was surrendered by her owner to a local vet clinic.
Initially shy with new acquaintances, she quickly becomes comfortable after a minute or two. She is not fond of young children and may growl if they corner her. However, she has bonded with a 14-year-old boy in her foster home, indicating she may be best suited for families with children aged 12 and older.
Zoey gets along well with other dogs and pays no mind to cats. Her favorite playthings include tennis balls, stuffed animals, and toys with squeakers. Highly motivated by treats, she walks well on a leash, travels comfortably in a car, and is crate trained. While she will do her business outside, she does not signal when she needs to go, so a consistent routine will be necessary until she learns to communicate her need to go outside.
Zoey has been fully vetted and is microchipped.
