Sparkler came into a crowded California shelter with her brother, Firecracker, and we fell in love seeing their photos. We hope you will too!
- Approximately 12 weeks old and 5.6 pounds. We believe Sparkler will be under 25lbs full grown.
- Possibly a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix but we are only taking our best guess. There is likely 10 different breeds mixed in there.
- Confident, social, active, sweet puppy
- Great with other dogs
- Likely fine with cats but we have never seen her with one
- Working hard on potty training in her foster home
- Getting excellent socialization with other dogs and new things in her foster home
- Ultra cute girl who would love to be your new companion and adventure buddy
Sparkler has had two rounds of puppy vaccines and bordatella plus multiple rounds of dewormer. She is microchipped. Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery at our partner vet clinic in Portland or Tualatin later this year. Current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee also includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner vet clinics in Oregon City, Portland, Tualatin or Milwaukie.

Interview
We give you a call over the phone. If we think you and the dog could be a good match we provide you with the foster home's contact info.

Meet the Pet
Call the foster home and set up a time to meet the dog you're interested in.
4.
Home Check
If you like the dog and want to finalize the adoption, we would drop the dog off at your home during a home visit.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
We will email or provide you a physical copy of the adoption contract to complete when you meet the dog.
