Hey there, folks! Bowman here, reporting live from the fluffy side of life! Let me tell you my story—it’s a bit of a rollercoaster, but it’s leading straight to you, my potential forever family! My first owner took me to a local spay/neuter clinic, and before I knew it, I was surrendered and left wondering what would happen next. Luckily, the kind folks at the clinic reached out to PPFT, and soon enough, I joined their fluffy butt program. I was so excited when I got adopted recently! I thought I’d finally found my forever home. But sometimes things just don’t work out as planned, and it turns out that match wasn’t quite right. So, here I am again, back with PPFT and on the lookout for my true forever family. I know my perfect match is out there somewhere. I’m a loyal and loving guy, ready to bring joy, cuddles, and laughter into your life.

Let's dish the deets on my social scene. So, here’s the deal with me and other dogs. At first, I’m like, "Oh, another dog. Neat." Kind of like seeing a coworker at the grocery store—unexpected but not unpleasant. Once I get to know them, though, I’m all in! I love to run and play with them. Do I need another dog in my new home? Nah, I’m pretty chill either way. I can be your one and only or join a pack(when I say pack...I mean one or two other dogs... let's not get too crazy...overall I am a lazy Pyrabear that loves naps). Now, about cats. I haven’t been around those mysterious creatures much, so who knows? I might be that dog who tries to make friends with a cat and ends up as the star of the next viral video, or we could just peacefully coexist. It’s a roll of the dice, really. Kids? Little ones are still an enigma, but I like all people so far, even those moody teenagers. Seriously, they’re not that bad. And meeting new people? Heck yes! I’m like the canine version of a social butterfly. I trot up, wag my tail, and give them my best “I’m adorable and you know it” look. Works every time.

My energy level is a mix. I love to run around and play, but then I’m totally down for just sitting outside and watching the world go by. After that, I’m perfectly content to come inside and lay down. Fetch? Meh, not my thing. Toys? Completely disinterested. I know, right? I’m a bit of a rebel that way. Water? Not sure yet, but I might be open to giving it a try. Leash time? Pretty good overall, but let’s be real, if I see a squirrel or catch a whiff of something interesting, I might give a good pull. So, you’ll need to be strong when walking this particular hunk of a Pyrabear ;) . Hiking? Oh, I’m game! As long as it's cool enough—I’m not about that heatstroke life. I’ve been on walks and I love them.

Would I do well in an apartment? Well, let’s just say I’m a bit of a free spirit who needs to run and sit outside. So, unless your apartment comes with a private dog park and a patio with a view, I might get a little stir-crazy. Potty trained? You bet! I know where to go, and it’s not on your favorite rug. Chewing on things other than toys? Nah, I’m not into redecorating your home with chew marks. Your furniture is safe with me. Barking? Yes, I have a voice and I like to use it. I might alert you to the presence of that suspicious leaf blowing in the wind outside, but I know when to quit(usually when you come to get me or give me some reminders that its time to quiet down and go back to napping on the couch...but that is beside the point ;) ) Free roam of the house? Absolutely. When you leave, I’m the king of the castle. No party-throwing, just chill vibes and maybe some light daydreaming about treats.

So, what do you say? Ready to make me a part of your family? Let's embark on this tail-wagging journey together and fill our days with laughter, love, and plenty of belly rubs. I promise to be your loyal companion through thick and thin, and together, we’ll create a lifetime of paw-some memories. Adopt me, and let's start this paws-itively wonderful journey of friendship! Apply for me at https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/hx000BP7nbQvjHX49Uur80FV3

Once your application comes on, PPFT will send over more details about me and forward your app to my foster family for review. If everything still sounds like a match, PPFT will finish getting you all approved so you can meet and welcome me home! <3

Oh, another thing. I am being fostered in Norman, OK. If you have fallen in love with me and are out of state, how about a road trip? PPFT doesn't send us on commercial transport to limit our stress. So, if you want to welcome me or one of my other fluffy butt comrades to your family, it is time to plan a trip to good ole Oklahoma 😉
