Hi! My name is Boogie and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. I'm a 5 year old male Chihuahua mix who is eager for a new home! I'm a pretty confident little guy looking for someone to spend my days with. I may be a fun sized fella but don't let that fool you, I have tons of energy and would love a person or family that can keep up with me! I came from an overcrowded shelter where I was found as a stray (pretty typical nowadays amirite?!) but some of my favorite things to do would be hanging out with the people I know, cuddling, trying to make friends, and sleeping next you under the covers or breaking out in a little boogie, hence my name. I may be a bit nervous with new people but will quickly warm up and would love a companion that will focus on basic manners and leash training. Bonus points: I do well during baths and in the car! If you think I can be your furrr-ever friend, come visit me!

When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
