Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We would like to introduce you to Becca, a resilient soul who came to us from a hoarding situation. When Becca arrived, she was in rough shape, she had bite marks and infected abscesses, and she shook in fear of her new environment. Despite everything, Becca's sweet and loving spirit came through. She yearned for nothing more than affection and comfort. But Becca's story is one of incredible transformation and joy. With the TLC she received, Becca began to thrive. The scared, trembling dog who first came to us blossomed into a confident, joyful goofball. Today, she hardly resembles the frightened pup she once was.
Becca is an all-around good gal with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She doesn’t like being outside by herself and prefers finding a shady spot over basking in the sun. Her happiness is complete as long as she’s with her favorite humans. Becca adores having her ears and belly rubbed, and she minds her manners well, sitting for treats and taking them gently. Occasionally, she may get a bit excited and jump, but always just to hug or kiss you!
Becca would make a wonderful addition to a family. She gets along well with other laid-back dogs and loves to play through the fence. We think she would adore splashing in the water, as she’s quite curious about baby pools and enjoys playing with her water bucket. A fenced-in yard would be ideal for Becca, and having someone who can handle her strength would be perfect, as she doesn’t always realize just how big she is. At roughly 2 years old, Becca is ready to find her forever home. Could that be with you?
