Description

Pepper is a smart, young, sweet dog who loves exercise and craves love & attention.

Personality

Pepper has a very sweet and affectionate demeanor. She is a Velcro dog who wants to be around people and is friendly and submissive. She loves to play ball and has lots of energy. She is crate trained and has been on walks on a leash. She especially loves women. She is a herding breed so loves to chase and run. She should be fine with other dogs and cats due to her breed’s protective nature. She is just a lover girl who wants to have fun.

Background

Pepper was found wandering at Kleb Woods Nature Preserve in Tomball TX on May 7th, 2024. She was probably dumped there. She had no collar, tags, or microchip. There are several stables in the area and all were called asking if they were missing a dog. Her finders made posts on several social media sites but no one stepped up to claim her. She was handed off to a neighbor who has been fostering her until a rescue organization had room for her.
