Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Chance and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 2 year old, male, Chow Chow /Shepherd Mix, who came to SB Humane to find a new loving home.
I am the epitome of adventure and boundless enthusiasm bundled into a furry, four-legged friend. With a coat as golden as the sun and eyes that gleam with curiosity, I'm not just a dog, but a companion on every journey. Born to explore, this smiley and friendly canine has a knack for turning ordinary outings into extraordinary escapades. Beyond the adventures and the occasional mischief (like chasing squirrels or rolling in mud), there's a clever mind behind this goofy demeanor. I love a good snuggle in your lap, even though some might say I am too big for that. I enjoy zooming around with my friends in the yard and love to bask in the sun.
Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777.
When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
Our adoption fees help support our community programs and the next animal who needs our help!
