Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name, age: Dilly, 1 year
Likes: Head and tummy scratches, cuddles in bed, sleeps at night with you, wet food and treats, watching the birds.
Dislikes: Too much petting, quick movements, loud noises.
What would be the ideal home? I think an ideal home for Dilly would be an individual or couple without kids. Somewhere she could get all the attention she wants when she wants it without too much loud noise or chaos. She sleeps a lot!
Good with other cats? unknown
Good with dogs? unknown
Good with children? Will tolerate but isn't a huge fan.
Personality: Enjoys her own time, mainly sleeping. Ventures out to the window to chatter at the birds and people watch. I think in a quiet environment where she has full reign she will come out of her shell a bit more and show off her quirky side.
How long will it take to settle into a new environment? 1-2 weeks
Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? She is not afraid of letting you know she's done and will give warning signs. But when she is comfortable with you she enjoys being near you and I really think she could become a little shadow following you around!
Medical: Suspect lumbosacral stenosis (on long-term Metacam), on Restorolax to ensure she has regular/consistent bowel movements.
