Max was born on 3/16/23. He is a Great Pyrenees mix and weighs 134lbs. He is neutered and up to date on shots.
Max needs room to roam! Loves to be outdoors and playing with other dogs. This may include some wrestling and zooming together.
Max loves his people and craves attention. He wants to be with his humans at all times. He is still learning independence and doing things on his own.
Max loves his neighborhood walks and was not reactive to dogs who barked and lunged at him.
Max has lots of love to give and enjoys affection. His ideal family will provide the training he needs and will be comfortable and capable of handling his size and weight. Bonus points for previous Great Pyrenees experience.
Please Note:
We review veterinary care for applicants. This includes regular well visits, core vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm, and tickborne tests, as well as regular monthly heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention. Please contact your veterinarian’s office to give them permission to speak to us before we call them.
Applications are available at www.puppypawsrescue.org
If your application meets our adoption criteria, we will contact you within 1 week. At that time, you will be contacted (usually by email) to schedule a phone interview and a virtual home visit (Facetime, Skype, etc). Due to the volume of applications, applications that do not move forward to an interview may not receive a reply within that time frame.
