Mandy!
Meet Mandy - this sweet and polite lady is Mandy. She is a medium (approx 45-50ish lbs) mix who we think may be some sort of border collie/lab type mix and is around 1 yr old.

Mandy was originally found as a stray in the south by a good samaritan. Although they already had a full house of dogs they could not resist helping Mandy and were able to connect with a rescue to get her to us. Mandy is great with other dogs. She is medium energy and seems to love all people.

Mandy is good in a crate and working on housebreaking. She loves car rides, although needs a little encouragement to get in at first.

She is spayed, vaccinated and will be microchipped prior to adoption. She is up to date on preventatives and vetting.

Dog Town Rescue's standard adoption fees range from $250-$450, depending on the age, size and type of an individual dog.

There is an adoption application and contract required. Landlord references are checked for any restrictions for potential adopters who rent, as are vet references.
Resident animals should be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations, unless there is a medical reason.

A dog meet with be required with any resident dogs to ensure it is a good match and all children ages 12 and under should also come meet the potential new dog.

Dog Town is a doggy daycare, boarding and grooming facility in Montgomery County, PA. We also now have rescue dogs that we house and care for until they are adopted. Most of our dogs are at high risk of euthanasia and come directly from local Philadelphia are shelters.
