Hi, I'm Herby! I am a 9 year old happy lil' fella looking for my fur-ever home. I am house trained, know: 'sit and stay'. I am a super chill boy that loves hanging out with my humans, as well as dogs and cats. I enjoy going outdoors to play and have been identified as a professional 'couch potato'!

I recently went on an overnight getaway. I went on a fun car ride, got me a 'pup cup', and had pepperoni for a snack. I was kind and gentle to my humans. They even let me nap on their sofa.
I found ways to sneak in kisses and cuddles every moment I got, just to show how much I appreciate them! I love, "love and aim to please. I'm so excited to find my fur-ever home!

The South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter is committed to placing our animals in safe, loving homes. As a potential adopter, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, speak with one of our adoption counselors and meet with the pet you are interested in. Small children and current pets may be asked to meet with the animal before sending him home. Adoption fees and more information may be found on our website at
