Hi, I'm Sammy! I'm an energetic little fluffball that loves to run and play! I came to Tigerlily as a tiny baby without a mom and had to be bottle fed. I love to chase toys with my human friends, but I'll need another young cat in my home to wrestle and play with too! I would do best around slightly older children, that already know how to interact with cats. I've never met a dog, so please be patient if you introduce me to one. Will you be my furever home?

Sammy is neutered, has age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and treated for parasites. His adoption fee is $125. Do you have the purrfect home for this cute boy?

If your application is approved, one of our board members will contact you for a phone interview.

3.
Meet the Pet

During your phone interview, we will work on setting up a date/time for you to meet your new family member at the Petsmart in Troy.

Additional adoption info

* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old.
* If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed.
* We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family.
* For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best.
* If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time.
* We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child.

Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
