Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Puni lost her Dad in July, 2023. She went everywhere with him. She loves to ride in the car, go for walks and play with other dogs. Puni's Mom is no longer able to care for her and does not understand that Puni can not have people food and needs a Science Diet low fat chicken and vegi food. Puni's Mom is in a memory care facility. Her Mom has finally realized Puni needs a yard to play in.
Puni is a happy 10 year old happy waggy Basset Hound. She is not a yappy dog, but can tend to howl when she is left home alone. Her favorite spot is a hassock that puts her at hand level for scratching and petting. She would like to be a full time lap dog I am sure.
The family members all have dogs and are not able to keep her.
Please consider giving Puni a forever home. She has been through so much that she does not understand. Do not consider it unless you are sure. Puni would love a new Dad that she could go everywhere with.
