My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Birthdate:  10/20/2021

Breed: One of a kind

Weight:

In a world filled with furry friends, there's one pup who truly stands out—let's talk about the irreplaceable, utterly charming Tammy! With a heart as big as her smile, this girl redefines the joy of having a canine companion. Tammy isn’t just easy-going; she’s the epitome of go with the flow, always ready to lean in for those extra pets and cuddles that make life so sweet.

While the tales of her past remain a mystery, Tammy is all paws on deck for a future brimming with happiness. She's dreaming of a forever home where snuggles are endless, walks stretch as far as the eye can see, and treats? Well, let's just say they're non-negotiable!

If you're imagining the perfect addition to your life, it’s hard to picture anyone more fitting than Tammy. She's the friendliest soul on four legs, eagerly waiting to share her love and embark on a bright, joy-filled journey with you. After all, doesn’t everyone need a dog named Tammy in their life?

Walk-ins are welcome! Stop by during our open hours to meet our available dogs!!

Before you can adopt, please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website at pawscrossedny.org/dog-adoption-questionnaire. If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold any pets. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants.

The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
