My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Update from foster: Moira has been doing great (although she is getting a bit overweight from us spoiling her with too many treats). Her favorite place to be is in our home office, either in our laps or in her favorite box. She also loves standing on her cardboard scratcher and staring at our resident cats through the sliding doors across our atrium. She will unfortunately not get along with other cats; we have tried introducing her to ours, but she hates them. She would truly be the most incredible companion cat to someone who wants a solo kitty. She will stick to your side, snuggle in your lap at your desk, follow you around your house, and sleep at your feet on the bed.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to assist the community to reduce feline overpopulation. We accomplish this mission with two programs.
Our adoption program called Rescue and Re-Home places cats and kittens for adoption into loving homes.
Our feral cat program called Race to Reduce Litters utilizes TNR (Trap, Neuter and Return) to help control feral cat breeding and overpopulation. Cats are humanely trapped, sterilized and vaccinated against rabies and are returned to their original location where human caregivers provide food. Kittens from feral colonies are tamed and entered into our adoption program.
