Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐻♥️ Bear is now seeking a new forever home! This 8 yr old standard Dachshund mix is a loving little fella. He adores his human caregivers immensely & would enjoy being your constant companion. He’s a tad dramatic at times, but has a bright, shiny personality to balance that.

The ideal home for Bear -

🍯 Someone who will watch his weight. This chubby dude is on a serious diet currently. Obviously, he enjoys snacking & eating, but we don’t want it to be his only pastime.

🍯 Bear has been good with dogs & cats. His foster parent thinks he’s somewhat scared of the cats. We think he would do well as an only dog OR with others. He’s fairly accepting.

🍯 Kids 10 & over

🍯 He just had a dental cleaning with some extractions, so attention to his oral cavity ongoing is necessary with this breed.

🐻 We don’t have a huge amount of requirements for Bear. Just looking for someone who would love to have a plump little buddy in their lives. He’s a precious guy 💛♥️

Bear is current on all vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, Lepto & Bordetella. He is neutered, microchipped, fecal & heartworm tested. He also just had his teeth cleaned.
