Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dori is the cutest little pup. She’s about 2 years old – a fantastic age because she’s potty trained and is past all the puppy chewing and nipping. She does well on a leash and is great in her crate. She’s a medium-energy Aussie who loves to cuddle with humans and play hard with other dogs.

Dori is deaf and has a slight vision impairment. She’s working on hand signals and is now learning “watch me.” She’s incredibly sweet and has a bit of a spicy side at playtime, which is just the best combination.

Dori would love a home with a physical, fenced yard. She wouldn’t mind another dog, but she would also love being the only pup and the focus of all your attention. She just wants to have her own person and get lots of love.

Dori is being fostered in the St. Louis area.

The first step in adoption will be to fill out an application. Once the application is approved, we will contact you. We may also request a home visit which will be done by one of our volunteers. Our goal is to not only find our pups a safe home but ensure it is a good match for the adopter and the pup.

Our adoption donation fee is $300.00. This includes the spay/neuter and the pup being current on vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped.
