My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dude is one of those dogs we cannot believe didn't get scooped up right away! Such a sweet, mellow, gentle giant.

Dude is a beautiful 3 year old lab mix. He is a friendly, happy boy who gets along great with humans of all ages and with other dogs. He has never lived with cats so we have no history on how he might do with them. Dude is housebroken. While Dude doesn't have major separation anxiety and is a good boy at home, he is happiest when his people are around and we would love to find him a home with people who aren't away really long hours.

Adoption fee $150. He is current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Located in the Greater Orlando area in Florida.

Happy Trails Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit rescue based in Central Florida. Established in 2013, we have successfully placed over 200 dogs. As we continue to grow, we have opened our Community Resource Center in 2019 and provide training, education, grooming events, and a food pantry for those in need in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Thanks to our training scholarships, we have helped over 100 rescue dogs have continued success in their furever home.
