My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Liki is a male pug mix born 7/2023. He is neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines including rabies & microchipped. He weighs around 13lbs.

Liki came to us as an owner surrender. He is shy at first, but very loving once he trusts. He is crate trained & a big fan of his crate - he enjoys comfort of it & will spend his down time in it. He likes getting attention from his people & is very treat motivated. He gets along with other dogs & all sized humans. He has been around cats. He will need continued leash/harness practice. He is housebroken but accidents should be expected while he adjusts to a new routine/environment. He is a sweet boy with playful, loyal energy & the cutest underbite!

Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com & you will be contacted within 48hrs if your application fits his current needs.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
