Laurel is a beautiful grey & white Tuxedo cat with captivating green eyes. She is full of love and came into foster care pregnant. In April 2024, she had 4 kittens and took very good care of them. She absolutely loves to snuggle and get as much attention as she can. She really enjoys treats and belly rubs. Anytime she is offered a pet, she rolls over to show off her belly. Laurel enjoys watching the world outside from any accessible window She enjoys car rides, sitting next to her human on a harness instead of being in a carrier.
Laurel is a very determined cat & does not enjoy being isolated from her humans, even if she is with other kitties. She has caused injuries to her face when unable to be in the common areas of the home. She definitely needs to be social; having lots of love and attention available to her!
She is no longer needing to be on the leash/harness in her foster home, but when she was, it was used for her to spend more time in the common areas without chasing or fighting with the resident cats. While we don't believe she ever meant harm to them, she was very protective of her kittens & would chase them anytime they were seen. When she would be on her harness, she lays next to her humans and soaks up all of the love they would offer.Adoption fee for cats & kittens: $90.00 Includes: Spay/neuter FIV/FeLV test 1st year vaccinations Deworming Flea control Ear mite treatment Microchipping All kittens are vetted and microchipped prior to adoption. Our kittens are vetted at 12 weeks of age and ready for adoption shortly thereafter. If you are approved to adopt a kitten prior to 12 weeks of age, we will “reserve” the kitten for you. You are more than welcome to stay in contact with the foster parent until time of adoption. Any questions regarding our adoption policy and process can be directed to adopt@focusonferalstoday.com.
