Hi everyone. My name is Mowgli-Joe. I’m about 1 year old and weigh 9#. I was living with a couple but they split up and surrendered me to animal control. Right now I’m living with a foster family. They tell people how loving I am and that I just love to sit in a lap and snuggle. I would love a fenced yard so I can just run around but I also like to go on walks and meet new people. I won’t get much bigger, but I might gain a little more weight.
