Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Approx DOB: June 2023
Mitzi is a beautiful white and black domestic short hair. Her previous owners passed her and her kittens off as strays when she became pregnant by her brother. From there she went to a rescue that could not care for the three. So, she came to Furry Friends Network, her second traumatic and stressful transfer after being abandoned by her owners.
Mitzi raised her two girls, Fifi and Petunia, with the utmost care. She nursed them, groomed them and protected them with a fierce paw. Because of the stress and trauma of being a first-time mom at such a young age and being in the third home in less than a week, Mitzi was misunderstood. When her kittens were weaned, Mitzi went to a TNR clinic for spay and vaccinations. Within 24 hours of her return to her foster home, she became a docile and attention seeking cat. It was a complete 180 degrees from the hissing mama cat to the purring and cuddly cat she must have always been.
Mitzi loves to soak in the sun, play laser tag and hunt a good wand toy. She takes the high ground and watches over the 14 kittens in the foster home, but generally does not engage in play with them. She does play with the resident 50-pound labradoodle. She follows her foster parents around the house and flops over for belly rubs. She will quietly meow and gently head butt humans (and the dog) for love and pets.
After all Mitzi has been through over the past several months, she deserves a loving forever home. Please fill out an application today and meet Mitzi.
All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
