Sherlock: brown tabby w/white, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 1/1/17, #19159 Boots: black/white tuxedo, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 1/1/17, #19160
Sherlock and Boots were adopted as kittens and have always known they are very loved. Unfortunately, there is now an immunocompromised person in the family with pet allergies, and with a heavy heart the decision has been made to let the siblings find a new home where they can once more fully participate in all home areas and activities.
Sherlock and Boots are sweet little angels! They are youthful-spirited and relish your affection. ---Sherlock is a friendly and playful boy who likes to be with you all day and all night. He'll butt up against your legs when he wants your attention, loves kisses to his forehead, and likes to cuddle and sleep close to you while "making biscuits" with happy paws in the cozy blankets. He also likes his naps tucked in close with Boots. Sherlock also has a habit of making cute silly noises and will bring you toys a couple of times a day (hint hint). ---Boots is the ultimate lap cat. She is as soft as a bunny, very sweet, and very affectionate. She will lick your hand to give you kitty kisses. Boots adores breakfast and dinner and will remind you not to be late in dishing out that yummy canned food. She is a very calm-natured kitty, easy and sweet, and Sherlock will chase her around from time to time for fun. ---Sherlock and Boots have always been together and have a lifetime bond. They MUST be adopted together.
Sherlock and Boots have never been around other cats or dogs and thus we don't know their thoughts on the matter beyond knowing that they are very social with their humans and would most likely prefer to hog all the attention for themselves. They have lived with a 6-year-old child. Sherlock is comfortable around kids while Boots is a bit more nervous about it while ultimately still tolerant and patient; we recommend a little bit older and Boots will likely be fine if treated gently and with respect.
Sherlock and Boots are hoping to find a loving home where they will continue to be cherished as the wonderful kitties they are... will you welcome this splendidly snuggly pair?
