My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Callie is a beautiful girl! She was born April 14, 2024 and is a Spaniel mix weighing in at 4 pounds we feel she will be close to 20 pounds full grown. She has a pretty red coat with a white chest and a blush of white on her chin, she also has beautiful green eyes. Her coat should be fairly easy care. Her momma Cruella appears to be a Spaniel mix and she weighs 16 pounds, we have a picture of her. We have no idea who the daddy is. Her momma was rescued with a group of 9 dogs that were found dumped under a railroad bridge. THANKFULLY Cruella and her puppies are all safe and sound in a wonderful and loving foster home. FOSTERING SAVES LIVES! Callie and her siblings: Cookie, CeCe, Chance, Cleo and Charlie are all wonderful and loving pups. Callie loves nothing more than to wrestle & play with her siblings. She is a puppy and will require house training. She is learning to go outside to go potty by being kept on a schedule. She will need leash training when she is old enough to be outside safely. Are you ready for the joy of raising a new baby? Callie is scheduled to be spayed but we are looking for her home now. She is microchipped and currently vaccinated. She will require a rabies vaccine at 4-months-old. Callie is ready to bring love and joy into your home. OFFICE

We appreciate that you are interested in one or more of our dogs or cats for adoption. Here is a list of things that should help us answer you in a more timely manner.

1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it.

2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why)

a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response.

b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get.

c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to.

3. For the AFC website (scroll down to the bio at the bottom it says (apply to adopt today- click that link) www.animalfriendsconnect.org

4. For Petfinders ( scroll down to the biography then click the adoption link) http://animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-application-dogs/

5. For Adopt a Pet (scroll way down past “Ask about me”) you will see the biography and underneath that will be the adoption questionnaire link.
We are closed on Sundays unless you make prior arrangements and schedule an appointment
