Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3YCViS27hHw
Alabama is a sweet, beautiful, meek girl who loves playing with her friends, is great with cats and is just an absolute doll. She is a German shepherd mix but looks like she will stay on the smaller side. She is around 5 months old. She is very friendly, a little shy with new people, but always sweet and friendly. She does well in the crate and stays close to the house even when unrestricted. She loves water so she would make a great nature adventure buddy. She is very gentle so she would be great for a home with kiddos too.
She was dumped with her two siblings at a weed farm in rural Oklahoma and the workers there threatened to shoot them.
She is currently still in Oklahoma where she was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take her in or she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.

More about this rescue
Oklahoma Licensed Rescue Number 95
Oklahoma is a bad place for animals. It's the only state that saw an increase in shelter euthanasia rates in 2019. 2020 probably didn't look any different. Strays everywhere, people dumping dogs in the country to fend for themselves, litters of puppies and kittens because people are too cheap or too lazy to fix their pets.
We help these poor souls and find them loving homes in northern states.
