Abby was abandoned in a vacant lot on the outskirts of Mexicali when Dog Angel Maria found her last December. Since then, Abby got the chance to come to San Diego where she is now being fostered!!!

Abby has such amazing alignment!! Always 🌟PAWfect🌟 posture!! On top of that, she is a true beauty!!
So, why hasn’t her FURever person appeared yet?!?
She loves her person and once you earn her trust, she will be able to show you the sweet, gentle, loving, playful, soulful, full of life PUP that she is! She is only 2 and has so much life to live and so much love to give!!
She has had a few interests in terms of FURevers but does not do well with meet and greets and has not made it passed that step. Abby is introverted and shy around new people…. She has her walls up…. She is still digesting feeling safe in her environment. New people too… Ahhh!
BUT… As we all know… walls are meant to be broken!! 💥 …..Unfortunately, that is not going to happen in 20 minutes with unfamiliar humans….
Abby needs trust to be earned in order to show her true self. She is not a puppy. She has been through stuff. She needs time. Time to adjust. Time to feel safe. Time to decompress. Time to heal…. —With the healing, comes the connection… The connection brings trust… The trust brings endless love and devotion.
