She is the most beautiful and affectionate dog EVER. We rescued her from her past owner that did not treat her the best and socialize her. Because she’s an adult, she has habits that even we (own a dog that can walk without a leash) can’t control and change anymore. Habits are: constantly pawing and sitting on guests for acts of affectionate. She walks AMAZING on a leash but, cries when she sees another dog or others are barking. Barks and bites ankles if let loose in large landscapes. Has a hit or miss with other dogs, especially females (since all she knew were males.) I’m being detailed because I wish her past owner was this detailed when giving her away. She has generally brought us a change of routine that a well trained dog would not take up. But essentially, Nova has needs. She needs someone with time. She needs attention and love. She needs a large backyard. Although she has habits just like humans do, I want someone who knows about training, patience and adaptability.
