Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jewel is a stunning tuxedo cat with a sleek, shiny coat and a loving heart. Her brother, Jake, is an adorable gray and white kitty with a tiny white mustache. This sweet pair had a rough start in life, abandoned with their siblings and left to fend for themselves. Fortunately, they found their way to a couple's deck, where they were regularly fed until a rescue could find them a caring family.
Both cats are very affectionate, though Jake is the more cautious and watchful one. He has a soft purr, loves pets and treats, and makes sweet trill noises. Jake often waits for Jewel, finding comfort in her presence. Jewel, on the other hand, is a door greeter who loves attention and can be quite demanding. She follows people around, rubbing and chirping for love and pets, and happily settles beside them to watch a show or just hang out. Unlike Jake, food is secondary to Jewel, who prioritizes affection.
Jewel and Jake are estimated to be around two years old. They snuggle and groom each other, and while they are just learning about toys, they enjoy cat trees, watching out windows, and supervising household activities. Both are healthy, fully vetted, and microchipped. They are still acclimating to household noises and activities, so they should start in a small, safe area and be given time to adjust.
Jewel and Jake must be adopted together, but who wouldn't want double the love and fun? This special pair is settling in and can now be visited at the Patriot Pawsabilities Cat Lounge, 10687 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA. We also offer a foster-to-adopt option for this wonderful duo. Their adoption fee is $275 for the pair.
