Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, my name is Xena Warrior Princess. My rescuers gave me this brave and strong name! I've been with my current foster family since I was 4 weeks old.
I'm a friendly kitten who enjoys the company of people and other cats/kittens. I enjoy hanging out with my foster family when I'm not busy playing. I'm easy-going and gentle, and I've had a few vacations in other homes when my foster family traveled and all those families have loved me! I have two foster sisters, Emma Rose and Frances Ann, and a big, friendly resident Labrador retriever. I like to play with them and I also try to play with the three resident cats, even though they mostly ignore me.
When I was rescued, I had a bad infection which caused a little vision loss, but it doesn't really impact me. I love climbing, jumping, and playing, and I particularly enjoy chasing balls and toy mice. I'm also a big purr baby-I purr often and loudly. While I trill while playing with toys, I'm otherwise very quiet with a soft, little meow.

Kittens need buddies! We require that kittens be adopted with a sibling or go to a home that already has another young companion animal. If you already have a young animal or another kitten in your home, great! If not, Xena Warrior Princess will need to be adopted with one of her siblings, Emma Rose or Frances Ann, or another BKB kitten.
The adoption fee for a kitten is $250.
Note: Kittens must be 10+ weeks old before they can go home.

If you’re thinking about adding a kitten or two to your family, a Bitty Kitty is a great choice! Kittens who have been bottlefed tend to be extra friendly and snuggly!
By adopting a kitten from the Bitty Kitty Brigade, you’ll be supporting our no-kill organization and making room for us to take in another orphan kitten.
All of our cats receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens are:
FeLV/FIV tested
spayed/neutered
treated for external and internal parasites
microchipped
FVRCP (distemper) vaccinated
Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply to an adoption inquiry.
