Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cricket! Cricket had a rough start to his life; he was found being bullied by the larger cats. He is a bit shy of strangers, but once he warms up to you his personality really shines! He got his name from his charming, trilling meow, but is generally a very quiet and polite little boy. He has expressive green eyes, a completely black top coat, and an unusual smoky gray undercoat that gives him a unique look. He loves to play and zoom around the house. His favorite games include playing fetch with his stuffed mouse toys, leaping through the air for his fishing pole, and wrestling with his stuffed sharkie. When he is feeling playful, he may try to nibble on your arm, but is always very gentle and his attentions are easily redirected if presented with one of his toys. After he has tired himself out playing he loves to lay on your chest and stare adoringly into your eyes and occasionally, lean in to give a fuzzy little nose boop/kiss (“Romeo” would also have been a good name for him). He would do well in a home with another cat to play with and is an A+ good boy.
