Hello there, I'm Athen, your future feline confidant. My journey to this shelter? A tale of mischief and merriment. Once upon a time, I lived with a chap who fancied himself a magician. One day, he decided to make me disappear, but alas, he was no Houdini. Instead of vanishing, I ended up in the neighbor's pot roast! The poor chap was so embarrassed, he brought me here. No hard feelings though. I'm a loyal, independent, and playful sort. I'm sweet and gentle, with a dash of curiosity.
