Meet Leelah! The Sweetest Pup with a Heart-Melting Smile
Introducing Leelah, a 4-month-old Labrador-Coon Hound mix with a smile that can melt anyone's heart. Leelah is a bundle of playful energy and silliness, always looking for a game of hide and seek under her foster mommy's legs. Her unique bobcat-like tail wags enthusiastically, making her look like a cute bunny rabbit when she stretches.
Leelah's gentle nature shines through in her love for hugs and cuddles with her foster mommy and playful antics with her siblings. While she may be on the shy side and prefers familiar places and faces, her quiet demeanor means she's not a big barker.
With her adorable droopy eyes and big, beautiful smile, Leelah is impossible to resist.

PRoud Rescuers of PR is an animal welfare organization committed to rescuing the displaced and abandoned dogs and cats of Puerto Rico. We work to get them off the streets, provide quality healthcare, and adopt them into safe, loving homes.

Our organization began as seven strong and independent women from all over Puerto Rico with a passion for helping animals.

Now, it has become a thriving network of rescuers from the island to New York working together to help Puerto Rico's animal population.
