Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gucci is estimated to be a 5-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix that weighs in around 90 lbs, but he is the cutest low-rider you will ever meet! Gucci is a lover, and while he does not always know his size, it doesn’t stop him from being everyone’s friend! He is a crate trained and house trained pro, and loves to just have a toy and be a couch potato.
When it comes to attention, Gucci cannot get enough! Gucci originally found his way to the shelter after being confiscated from a hoarding/neglect situation, and after finally making his way to the good life, he’s decided to soak up every ounce of love and attention you have to give! Gucci does great with both male and female dogs, and even does well with children!
If you’re looking for a silly, middle-aged, low energy guy, look no further than this giant teddy bear of a boy. Who wouldn’t want some Gucci to show off in their life?
If you think this house hippo is the missing piece of your forever family, you can apply to adopt at www.lexpitcrew.org/adopt His adoption fee is $200!

More about this rescue
Lexington Pit Crew aims to inform and educate the public about breeds often unfairly labeled as vicious and dangerous. Our goal is to build a positive reputation for dogs that might otherwise be deemed unadoptable solely based on their breed. Over the past eight years, LPC has rescued thousands of dogs. This success is a team effort, driven by our dedicated volunteers. These volunteers have families, paying jobs, and various other responsibilities, yet they choose to volunteer because they are passionate about our cause. They give their time because they value the lives of the defenseless animals we fight for every day.
